Baltimore homicide detectives are investigating a Friday afternoon shooting that left a man dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
Police say the shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of Druid Hill Avenue in central Baltimore.
The man was later identified as 17-year-old Beaontray Ellis.
Officers at the scene found the injured man and he was later taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
