Baltimore Police are searching for answers after a 34-year-old man who was found unconscious in Federal Hill last month died.
Police responded to an assault on July 22 and found Edralin Montebon unconscious. He later died. His death has not be ruled a homicide, but investigators are trying to figure out what happened.
