Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting after a man was found with gunshot wounds to his right arm and chest.
At around 3:40 p.m., officers responded to the 4800 block of Cordelia Avenue and found the victim.
He was transported to Sinai Hospital where he died shortly after 5:00 p.m.
