Police say they were called to the 1600 block of Aspuith Street around 10:00 a.m. Sunday for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.
The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he died.
A witness told police they say a man running from the scene before jumping in a beige or tan vehicle and driving away.
