Man killed in Frankford neighborhood Tuesday afternoon

A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Baltimore's Frankford neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, Baltimore Police said.

Officers responded to the 4500 block of Woodlea Avenue at 1:15 p.m. for a reported shooting. When they arrived they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man was identified Wednesday as Bryan Jesse McKemy.

A short time after McKemy was shot, another man walked into an area hospital with gunshot wounds. He is expected to survive. 

Police did not say if they thought the shootings were related.
