Man killed in Rosemont neighborhood Monday morning

A man was shot and killed in Baltimore's Rosemont neighborhood Monday morning, Baltimore Police said.

Officers from the Southwest District responded to the 3000 block of Belmont Avenue, to the rear of a residence, for a shooting at 10:25 a.m. Once there, police found 30-year-old Phillip Holloway with gunshot wounds to the head and torso. Medics arrived and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
