A man was shot in the 1300 block of West Lafayette Avenue Friday night.
Police arrived to the scene where they saw the 32-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Homicide detectives were called to the scene and took control of the investigation.
