Police are investigating a stabbing right outside the convention center in downtown Baltimore Friday morning.
The 49-year-old man was stabbed around 5:15 a.m. at the intersection of Pratt and Howard Street. When police got to the scene, they saw he had been stabbed in the torso, so he was transported to Shock Trauma with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives believe the man and the suspect are familiar with each other. The suspect is described as a white man wearing a hoodie and backpack running from the location.
