A man was shot and killed Sunday morning in the Penn-North neighborhood. Baltimore Police were called to the scene in the 1200 block of Whitelock St just before 7 a.m. where they found a man with several gunshot wounds. Medics rushed to the location but the man died from his injuries at the scene.
