A man was killed after being shot in the face and chest in West Baltimore midday Tuesday, Baltimore Police said.
Around 10:57 a.m., officers from the Western District responded to the 1600 block of North Monroe Street for a reported shooting, where the city's Easterwood and Sandtown-Winchester neighborhoods meet. There, police found the 25-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
