Police from Baltimore's Southern District responded to a walk in shooting victim around 1:11 a.m. Tuesday.
A 29-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm. Police believe the man was shot in the 2300 block of Annapolis Road at about 9 p.m. Monday. He then walked to a local hospital for treatment.
