BALTIMORE (WMAR) — A man is hospitalized, after being shot on Mother's Day evening, which also happened to be the last day of Ceasefire weekend.

Baltimore Police say they got the call around 8:20 p.m. for a shooting in the 2700 block of E. Chase Street.

Arriving officers found the 32-year-old victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the arm and back. He was taken to an area hospital where his condition is unknown.

There is no word on any suspect information.

The incident comes less than 48 hours after a triple shooting in the 200 block of N. Monastery left two men dead.

Thus far, two people have been killed and three others have been injured in three separate shootings during Ceasefire weekend.

Anyone with information on any of these cases is asked to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
