A man was shot in the groin in Baltimore's Franklin Square neighborhood Monday morning, Baltimore Police said.
Western District officers responded to the 1800 block of Penrose Avenue for a reported shooting at 8:30 a.m. There police found the 27-year-old victim. He was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was being "very uncooperative with investigators," police said in a statement. No motive or suspect information was ascertained.
