A man was shot in the hand in Downtown Baltimore, Tuesday morning, Baltimore Police said.
Police responded to an area hospital for a reported walk-in shooting victim at 1:04 p.m. There they found the 22-year-old gunshot victim.
Investigators think the man was shot in the 200 block of N. Eutaw Street at 7 a.m.
