Police are investigating a shooting in Southeast Baltimore Saturday.
Officers were called to the 3600 block of Leverton Avenue for a report of a shooting. On the scene, officers found a 33-year old man with gunshot wounds to his body. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
On October 12 at 11:07 p.m., officers found a 27-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his body in the 3400 block of Leverton Street. He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
This is the second shooting on Leverton Avenue in two days. is not determined if the two are related.
Citywide Shooting Unit detectives are leading the investigation.
