BALTIMORE — Police officials say a man was shot and killed late Monday night in Eastern Baltimore.
At around 11:30 p.m., patrol officers were called to the 1200 block of East Lafayette Avenue for a report of a shooting. Once on location, officers located a 44-year-old Demond Scroggins who had a gunshot wound to the head.
Medics arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the location.
