BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that left a man with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
According to police, officers were called to the 1900 block of Penrose Avenue at around 10:21p.m. Monday. Upon arrival, officers found the victim and he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
