BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that took place at around 3:25 p.m. in the 2400 block of Orleans Street Tuesday.
Upon arrival, officers found a man with gunshot wounds to his torso.
He was transported to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition.
