A man was shot in Baltimore's Kernewood neighborhood Friday afternoon, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital at about 4:25 p.m., where they found a man with a graze wound to his upper body.
Police believe the man the man was shot near the area of York Road and Coldspring Lane. Citywide Shooting Unit detectives are investigating.
