BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that took place just before 5 p.m. on Monday in the area of 1300 Shields Place.
Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound to the right hip. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is alert and in stable condition.
