BALTIMORE (WMAR) — A 42-year-old woman and 29-year-old man are recovering at a hospital, after being shot Tuesday evening in East Baltimore.
Police say it happened just before 9 p.m. in the 900 block of North Caroline Street.
No suspect information has been released.
