BALTIMORE — The Maryland Book Bank’s van was stolen Monday night, and they are hoping someone sees the distinctive vehicle that is used to pick up donations from across the state.

The van is a white cargo van with the Book Bank’s logo on the side as well as painted pictures of books, the phrases “Donate a Book…” and “Follow me to Great Adventure … the Maryland Book Bank!”

The van normally parks near the back loading dock of the Book Bank’s facility in Clipper Mill/Woodberry area.

If anyone sees the van, they should call Kim at 443-517-9767 or call the police.

“We look forward to having it back soon,” the Book Bank said on their Facebook page.
