MDTA Police searching for suspects involved in hit and run incident

BALTIMORE, Md. — The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police are trying to identify the suspect or suspects from an hit and run incident that happened on Hanover Street.

The incident, a minor vehicle collision, happened on Thursday at a little after 7:10 a.m. on the on-ramp from Hanover Street to I-95 South in South Baltimore.

Officers were able to find out the description of one of the vehicles that was involved after doing some investigating. The vehicle is described as being a newer model, dark-colored Toyota passenger car. This Toyota fled the scene after an altercation without providing any type of identification. The other vehicle that was involved is a 2010 black Honda Accord.

MDTA officers are asking anyone who may have been in that area during that time and who might have seen the altercation to contact MDTA Police Detective David Olschewske at (443) 915-7779.
