BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have made an arrest in the November 7th homicide.
The murder happened at a little before 2:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Fairhaven Avenue.

Detectives arrested 28-year-old Ashley Thorne, of the 3800 block of Hanover Street, for the murder of 33-year-old Amanda Burket.
Thorne was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and has since been charged with First Degree murder.
