BALTIMORE — One person is dead after being shot in the chest Friday afternoon.
Baltimore Police responded to the 1300 block of West Franklin Street at around 1:13 p.m. for a shooting and found the man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
