BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating two possible shootings that took place within 10 minutes of one another on Tuesday.
At approximately 9:52 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West Preston Street to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, they canvassed the area and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries.
Homicide detectives were summoned to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
At 10:01 p.m., a man was dropped off at an area hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was rushed to surgery an investigators were not able to speak with him.
Detectives have not ruled out the possibility that these two incidents may be related.
