BALTIMORE — One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting and a stabbing happened in Baltimore Thursday.
Homicide detectives responded to the area of 300 East Belvedere Avenue for a report of an unresponsive person at approximately 3:13 p.m.
Upon arrival, detectives located a man with several stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
On July 17, police identified the victim as 63-year-old Frank McNeil.

Just before that stabbing, officers responded to a local hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Once at the hospital, officers found a 28-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot.
