BALTIMORE — A 27-year-old man is dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to the scene just before 9 p.m. in the area of West Lexington Street and found the man unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the neck and head.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
