BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a homicide in the area of 400 North Rose Street that took place just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers arrived to the scene and found a 20-year-old with a gunshot wound to her upper body. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she died from her injuries.
Police later identified her as 20-year-old Yasmine Wilson, of the 1700 block of McKean Avenue.
