Police said a man shot in 2014 but who died in 2017 as a result of his injuries is a murder victim.
Fifty-nine-year-old Nathan Matthews was shot on E. Biddle Street on January 15, 2014. He was taken to an area hospital where he remained in critical condition until he died on February 9, 2017.
Following an autopsy the medical examiner ruled Matthews died as a result of being shot in 2014.
