Police are investigating the city's second shooting Sunday in East Baltimore.
Officers responded to a shooting in the 2500 block of East Monument Street, Sunday afternoon. At the scene, they found a 31-year-old man suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Citywide Shooting detective are leading the investigation.
