Police are investigating two Friday night shootings, less than two miles away in Northeast Baltimore.
8:58 p.m.
Officer were called to investigate a reported shooting in the 3800 block Echodale Avenue. There, they found a 40-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
According to Police, homicide detectives were called and are leading the investigation due to the severity of the victim’s injuries.
9:36 p.m.
Police responded to the 4300 block of Belair Road to investigate another shooting. When they arrived to the scene, they found a 39 year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the hand and leg.
He was also transported to an area hospital for treatment
