Police identify four recent homicide victims killed in two-day span

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police released the identities of four recent homicide victims killed on June 12 and 13.

On June 12, 36-year-old Jawan Dukes was killed in the 2000 block of Hollins Ferry Road, in the city’s Morrell Park neighborhood.

On June 13,two men were killed in a shooting in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood. Tory Palmer, 28, and Devin Taylor were shot and killed in the 500 block of S. Bentalou Street.

Also on June 13, 26-year-old Dwane Harris was killed in the 2200 block of Allendale Road. Police originally said the shooting occurred nearby, at the 2200 block of Chelsea Terrace.
