BPD has arrested a man after they say he shot a man in the leg while they were having a drug dispute.
Police responded to the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Ave 10:00 Friday morning.
When they got to the scene they found a 28-year-old man shot in the leg. He was transported to a local hospital.
There are no words as to the extent of the man's injuries.
On Friday, Hykeem Lemon, 26, was arrested and charged with First Degree Attempted Murder.
