Police: Victim shot in the neck in 2007 succumbs to his injuries 13 years later

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police confirm that a 31-year-old victim that was shot in March 2007 has died as a result of his injuries.

The victim, who was 18 years old at the time, was shot in the neck on March 7, 2007 in the 3200 block of Phelps Lane.

Police say he died on September 1.
