BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police identified two recent homicide victims Monday morning.
On April 25, 24-year-old James Smith was killed while in the 1600 block of Saint Stephens, in the city’s Northwest Community Action neighborhood.
On April 27, 32-year-old Juan Grant was killed in the 1800 block of North Payson Street, in the city’s Easterwood neighborhood.
