YORK, Pa. — 26-year-old Devin Segar, the repeat offender who has been wanted since July, was found and arrested in York, Pa. on Tuesday.

According to Baltimore Police, at around 10:30 a.m., the Warrant Apprehension detectives, along with U.S. Marshals, MD State Police, Howard County Police, FBI, Baltimore County Police and ATF, were able to track Segar down at a Motel 6.
He was wanted for armed carjacking, robbery, kidnapping and attempted murder.
Segar, who was in possession of a fully loaded handgun upon his arrest, has been transported to York Central Booking while he awaits extradition back to Baltimore.
