BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have arrested and charged the second suspect in an April 6 fatal shooting.
On Friday, at approximately 6:45 A.M., Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested murder suspect, 26-year-old Arthur Holt, of Essex, in the 5200 block of Norwood Avenue without incident.
Holt is the second suspect who has been arrested in connection with the April 6th shooting death of 21 year-old Dontrell Toliver in the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue.

The 26-year-old was transported to Central Booking, where he has been charged with 1st Degree Murder and is currently waiting to see a court commissioner.
The first suspect, 33 year-old Keith Gladden of the 2300 block of E. Madison Street, was arrested at his home on April 7 without incident and remains in Central Booking where he has also been charged with 1st Degree Murder.
