Baltimore Police have arrested and charged a suspect in connection with a July shooting in the Curtis Bay area.
Sydney Stroman, 23, of the 100 block of Jeffers Street, is charged with attempted first-degree murder.
The charge stems from a non-fatal shooting in the 3900 block of Fairhaven Avenue on July 24. Police said a 23-year-old man was shot in the leg and back after a vehicle pulled up and someone inside started shooting.
