BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting involving a teen on the city's West-side.
At 6:45 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Palormo Avenue in Southwest Baltimore. On the scene, they found 19-year-old who was shot in his arm.
He was taken to the hospital and is in good condition.
