BALTIMORE — An 18-year-old is dead following a shooting in North Baltimore Wednesday night.
Police responded to the 1400 block of Union Avenue for a report of a shooting and found the teen with a gunshot wound to the head.
He was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
