Two dead, one injured in cross-city shootings Wednesday

BALTIMORE — Two people are dead and one person is injured in cross city shootings Wednesday night.

At around 6:45 p.m., a patrol officer responded to the 1800 block of West North Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Officers arrived at the location and observed a 48 year-old woman and a 36 year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

The man was pronounced dead by medical personnel.

At around 8:52 p.m., a patrol officer responded to the 2400 block of Albion Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, they found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.

She was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
