The Central District Action Team with the assistance of the Pennsylvania Avenue Initiative conducted three search and seizure warrants at two locations on Carey Street, including a car on Monday.
During the searches, police discovered two loaded handguns and a loaded shotgun. They say they also found ammunition, 51 grams of marijuana, 2 gel caps of heroin, and 200 vials of cocaine.
Police arrested 24-year-old Donald Kahn and 32-year-old Marvin Draper and charged them with firearms and narcotics violations.
Officials say the drugs and the firearms were all submitted as evidence.
