Two men were shot in Baltimore late Sunday into Monday, Baltimore Police said.

A man was shot in the ear in the Walbrook neighborhood late Sunday.

A Southwest District officer heard several shots while on patrol in the 3300 block of Windsor Avenue at 11:48 p.m. That officer headed to the 2100 block N. Hilton Street where he was waved down by a 57-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the ear. He was taken to an area hospital where he's been listed in stable condition.

Police in the Central District responded to a walk-in shooting victim at 12:31 a.m. Monday. Officers met a 53-year-old man at a hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to the back.

Early investigation revealed the man was driving and had picked up two men at the intersection Madison and Patterson Park Avenues and drove them to the 200 block of Cherry Blossom Way.

Once at their purported destination, one of the passengers attempted to grab the driver's cellphone. When the driver attempted to fight back, the other passenger took out a gun and shot the driver in the back.
