Two shootings in the city leaves two individuals in serious condition

 The first incident occurred at West North Avenue and Rosedale Avenue.

 Police say a 13-year-old and 41-year-old were both shot by a suspect.

Police describe the suspect as a black male believed to be in his late teens or 20s, wearing a black puffy coat and glasses.

The 13-year-old is listed in critical condition while the 41-year-old was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Hours later around 1:30 a.m., officers were called to the 2900 block of Clifton Park Terrace for a cutting.

A 32-year-old man was found suffering from a wound to the neck. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

 After examining the victim, doctors determined the victim was shot not cut.
