Two men were shot, one fatally, at a gas station in east Baltimore Sunday morning.
Around 4 a.m. police were called to the Citgo gas station in the 2300 block of Harford for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived they found a large group of people gathered around a red Pontiac Grand Am. Inside the car were two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
The driver, 34-year-old Troy Mitter, was shot in the head. He was taken to Johns Hopkins where he died.
The passenger, a 53-year-old man, was shot in the left arm. There is no word on his condition.
Police have no suspects or motives in the shooting.
