Police are investigating two Sunday shootings that occurred in Northwest Baltimore less than three hours apart.
The first incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. in the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue.
Officers responding to the scene found a 28-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
A few hours later at around 8 p.m. officers in the Northwest District received a call for a second shooting. This time in the 6600 block of Eberle Drive.
Arriving units located a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the groin.
He was transported to an area hospital where he is expected to survive.
These latest city shootings come on the heels of a Saturday night homicide in Northeast Baltimore where a man was shot in the face, and a Friday evening shooting in West Baltimore that left a 22-year-old in critical condition.
