BALTIMORE — The two remaining suspects that beat up and robbed a BPD employee on July 24 were arrested on Tuesday.

The suspects, a 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female, were arrested inside of the victim's car in the 400 block of Wellesley Street.
They were both charged with robbery and assault at the juvenile booking facility.
