Two teenagers are being charged as adults for their role in a March 11 shooting.
Baltimore City officers say Charles Cottman, 15, and Kevin Vaughan, 14, approached a 58-year-old man sitting in his car in the 1700 block of West Baltimore Street and attempted to take his car.
The victim struggled with the suspects before he was shot in the shoulder.
The suspects fled from the scene.
Police identified the pair as Cottman and Vaughan during their investigation.
The two suspects are being charged with attempted murder, assault, robbery, and gun related charges.
They are currently being held at Central Booking.
