BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police say two men were shot and killed in separate shootings on Tuesday afternoon.
The first shooting happened at around 1:50 p.m. in the Southeast District. According to the release, officers were called to a local area hospital to investigate a shooting victim who had just been dropped off.
They arrived and found an unidentified man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
However, Johns Hopkins Hospital medical staff pronounced the victim dead, shortly after his arrival.
After taking control of the investigation, homicide detectives found out that the shooting happened in the 300 block of High Street.
The second shooting happened at a little before 3:30 p.m. in the 2100 block of Sidney Avenue.
Officers arrived to the scene and found an unidentified man who was also suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
That victim died after being transferred to an area hospital.
Similar to the previous shooting, homicide detectives took control of the homicide.
